The course was designed to provide the necessary knowledge and skills required to demonstrate the selection and safe fitting of a variety of types of abrasive wheels, in accordance with manufacturer’s guidance and current legislation.
Course Content:
- Safe techniques and working practices
- Identifying, selecting, inspecting and correctly mounting abrasive wheels and discs for grinding and cutting
- Recognising the causes of accidents involving abrasive wheels and discs and how to avoid them
- Safe operating practices

1 day Maximum of 6 candidates.
